Key Responsibilities: Analyse business processes and translate them into ERP solutions Participate in the design, customization, and development of ERP modules Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements Develop and integrate system modules using appropriate programming languages Write and optimize database queries, stored procedures, and reports Manage and support ERP rollout, training, testing, and documentation Coordinate with cross-functional teams across departments Lead junior developers or IT staff when needed Strong knowledge in creating Customized Application. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, MCA or elated field Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with ERP systems Strong understanding of system analysis and business process modeling (e.g., BPMN, UML) Proficient in Python, Java, or C# Experience in database systems (My SQL) Familiar with RESTful API integrations and server-side scripting Good understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong problem-solving and project planning abilities
