Senior Engineering Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Technology & Product teams and drive platform engineering for our next-generation AI-powered SaaS and mobile platforms. This role is ideal for a technically deep, product-focused leader who excels in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Your main responsibilities will include delivering secure, scalable, and high-performing systems while guiding a talented team of engineers through innovation, agility, and execution excellence. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end system design for distributed SaaS platforms, architecting and implementing robust, secure, and modular microservices, leading the integration of AI/ML components and third-party services, and overseeing cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and DevOps pipelines. In terms of product execution, you will partner with Product, Design, and Business teams to define and deliver scalable solutions, manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle including sprint planning, development, and release, lead tech transformation projects such as legacy migration from PHP to Node.js, and ensure system reliability through structured monitoring and incident resolution. Your role will also involve leading, mentoring, and retaining high-performing engineering and product teams, conducting regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and learning, and collaborating with hiring teams to scale effectively while maintaining quality. Additionally, you will collaborate with leadership to align the platform roadmap with business goals, evaluate emerging technologies for practical adoption, and drive strategic technology initiatives including digital transformation and AI-first product capabilities.
