Job Description

Responsibilities:

Participate in test planning activities with Solution Architects for Integration, UAT, and HAT cases.
Verify and validate JSON data structures for solution accuracy.
Conduct end-to-end solution testing to ensure system reliability.
Support the enablement and ramp-up of support teams post-deployment.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional and non-functional testing scenarios.
Understand solution architecture to identify potential gaps and enhance robustness.
Design and implement KPI dashboards for performance monitoring using tools like Influx and Grafana.
Act as the first level of debugging support for the solution team and internal customers.
Demonstrate ownership and proactiveness in handling client delivery activities.
Engage in in-house trial and error testing to optimize client solutions.
