Senior Engineer, Software

We are seeking skilled Software Engineers with a robust background in Enterprise Software Development to join our dynamic software development team. As a part of this team, you will work on developing cloud-based lending platforms and services, contributing to the design and development of both existing and new products. Responsibilities include analyzing, improving processes, and methodologies, ensuring high-quality product delivery, and translating business requirements into technical implementation plans. You will be expected to deliver solutions on time, collaborate closely with different groups, design scalable services for optimal customer experience, and provide technical leadership for new microservices and APIs. Requirements for this role include a BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a related field, 5+ years of software development experience using Object-Oriented design, hands-on experience with CI/CD, TDD, unit testing, and agile practices. Full-stack experience, knowledge of Micro-service development, REST architectural patterns, and database management skills are essential. Experience in Winform based Desktop application development, security protocols, and cloud service offerings is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of scrum/agile methodologies, and a proven track record in designing and implementing robust, scalable production systems.
