About the Role

Conduct in-process inspections of Fabrication, Assembly, and Painting using PDI, with stage-wise inspections and working on a shift basis.

Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Responsible for In-process Inspection (Tipper/WHE product stagewise )
• Preparation of Inspection Reports daily.
• Horizontally Support Incoming Inspection Team.
• Required Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2015
• Hands-on experience with Inspection Instruments.
• Knowledge of processes like Fabrication, shot blasting, Priming, & Painting.
• Knowledge & Responsible for Internal Issue, Analysis & Action on the same.
• Knowledge of Kaizens as well as process improvements
• Responsible for Welder & Painter Qualifications.
• Knowledge of Outlook, MS Office.
• Knowledge of ERP.
• Good Command of Languages like Hindi, Marathi & English.
• Knowledge of Raw Material Grades.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Diploma - Mechanical OR B.E ( Mechanical) with 4-6 years of experience
• Hands on Experience in doing supplier quality
• Candidate from Heavy Fabrication background will be preferred
