Job Description

Role Overview: As a dynamic MS Core and Cloud Specialist at Ericsson, you will play a vital role in technology leadership and expertise. You will be responsible for interfacing with various Core and Cloud domains such as CS Core, PS Core, IMS, IP Core, and Cloud. Working as part of the Ericsson Operations Engine, you will have a significant impact on Managed Services deliveries through the full cycle of Create, Sustain, and Evolve. Key Responsibilities: - Leverage your Core and Cloud domain expertise to support Domain Support and Automated Operations teams. - Assist the Automation and Analytics team by providing Core and Cloud domain knowledge for analytics and automation use cases. - Design and maintain solutions based on automation use case candidates, while addressing potential issues related to automation components. - Improve and drive recovery processes. - Develop, maintain, and enhance automated Service Delivery methodologies. - Conduct trend analysis to proactively identify potential issues, initiating necessary restoration and repair. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Ericsson Operations Engine - Mode Of Operations. - Comprehensive understanding of Automation. - Experience in Subscriber data management Security. - Knowledge of Lifecycle Management. - Familiarity with Identity And Access Management. - Understanding of 5G Core Architecture. - Strong troubleshooting skills. - Expertise in Network Performance. - Experience with Database Management Systems. - Knowledge of MSTOP Multi Vendor Support. - Familiarity with Work Level Agreement (WLA) and Service Level Agreement (SLA). - Focus on Customer Experience. - Familiarity with ITIL Framework.,
