Senior Engineer O&M

As a Senior Engineer O&M at Linde South Asia Services Pvt. Ltd., your role is crucial in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the 250 TPD and 110 TPD ASU plant in Dahej, Gujarat, India. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a continuous supply to both onsite and Merchant customers. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and control processes using ACS/DCS system to meet onsite customer requirements and liquid requirements for the merchant market - Optimize plant using productivity tools to ensure the lowest cost of production - Change the mode of plant as per the need of liquid or gases, ensuring no upsets and maintaining continuous supply to pipeline customers - Conduct troubleshooting in cases of process-related problems or disturbances, taking necessary actions promptly - Coordinate with the maintenance team to prevent unscheduled breakdowns through condition monitoring and ensure plant performance efficiency Qualifications Required: - Chemical Engineering degree with 3 to 4 years of experience in ASU operations - Good communication and presentation skills - Ability to multitask - Strong safety awareness At Linde, the opportunities are limitless for you to make an impact that goes beyond your job description.
