Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and implementation of Electro-Mechanical Panels, Cubicles & Box-builds assemblies from the Customer Specification.
Work on wiring harness specifications, Harness build.
Conduct feasibility studies and support RFQs for sealing the order from customers.
BOM scrubbing, BOM creation, ECN/ECO Handling.
Documentation preparation -PFMEA, SOP, MFD related documents.
Collaborate with other engineers and project managers to ensure successful project completion.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Support the Manager in overseeing all engineering projects and activities.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive project completion.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.
Resolve technical issues and complex engineering problems efficiently.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's/masters degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of Experience in Electro-Mechanical Products, Box-builds assemblies and development.
Understanding of Schematics & Knowledge in IPC standards.
Hands on experience in Software E-Plan will be additional advantage.
Basic electronics and SMT Knowledge.
Strong understanding of engineering principles, practices, and industry standards.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
