Work on model build, modelling of CSOs, Pump stations, Treatment works and model calibration/verification, flood mitigation schemes, CSO spill reduction program etc. using InfoWorks ICM for wastewater modelling projects across UK & Ireland, US, Middle East, and ANZ regions. Proficiency in 2D and water quality modelling is an added advantage.Provide technical mentorship to junior modellers, review their work, and deliver training sessions on modelling concepts.Capable for leading the project, coordinating with Lead Offices, mentoring juniors and ensuring quality checksComplete design/hydraulic modelling activities as per specified standards for different regional projects.Assist in establishing processes for working with ANZ/US/UK&I/ME offices.Independently manage project tasks, ensuring on-time delivery while adhering to AECOM's quality standards.Lead project execution, liaise with the Lead Office, and effectively manage project resources.Conduct comprehensive QA/QC reviews on models to ensure compliance with client standards and industry best practices.Independently troubleshoot and enhance hydraulic models for improved accuracy and performance.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, GIS specialists, and project managers, to drive seamless project execution.Support bid preparation and program management, contributing to business growth and project acquisition.
Qualifications
Master of Engineering degree (or equivalent education) in an appropriate engineering discipline from an accredited college or university.Chartered Engineer (e.g., ICE or CIWEM), or Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent in the relevant field from any global organization (e.g., Institution of Civil Engineers, UK) or actively working towards achieving chartership.Having 4 to 7 years of working experience on projects from UK & Ireland, US, Middle East, and ANZ regions.Proficiency on hydraulic modelling & design of foul sewer, storm sewer, urban drainage networks using Infoworks ICM, SewerGEMS, PCSWMM etc. Hands-on experience with ArcGIS/ArcGIS Pro and MapInfo for spatial data analysis and model integration. Familiarity with RTC, Ruby, SQL, and other relevant tools for hydraulic model enhancements and automation. Proficiency in asset scoping, including manholes, flow monitors, depth monitors, and other key network components. Highly motivated, hardworking, interpersonal, and enthusiastic team player that is willing to learn and adapt to change.US/UK/Canada Experience will be added advantage.Good communication skills, and ability to work well independently at times.Able to see the "bigger picture" and take a birds-eye view of projects.Confident, with the ability to work either independently or as part of a team.Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.Accountability for assigned work.Accuracy & precision of work.Willingness to learn and develop.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong problem-solving skills.Enthusiastic and Self-motivated.Work well within a multidisciplinary team.
