Senior Engineer, NAND CMOS Device

As a NAND CMOS Device Engineer at Micron Technology, you will play a crucial role in shaping the current and future CMOS technology for Micron's NAND Memory Technology Roadmap. You will collaborate with various teams like Design, Process Integration, Design Engineering, and more to ensure the developed technology is manufacturable, highly yielding, and aligns with product roadmaps. Your responsibilities will include defining electrical targets, guiding device technology development, analyzing silicon experiments, and optimizing critical layout constrained Design Rules. Additionally, you will be instrumental in developing strategies for transistor structures to meet targets and ensuring that transistor models are correctly targeted to anticipate final silicon. Key Responsibilities: - Set electrical targets and define transistor structures in collaboration with the Design Team - Craft and implement the NAND-CMOS roadmap aligning with product roadmaps - Define, execute, and analyze silicon experiments for future device generations - Interface with Design Engineers to deliver transistor models and optimize critical layout constrained Design Rules - Define electrical test structures, design rule verification, and process monitoring - Collaborate with Manufacturing to ensure transistors are performing as expected and to debug yield/reliability issues - Foster a collaborative working style and team spirit by mentoring less experienced colleagues Qualifications Required: - MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field, PhD in Semiconductor Device Technology preferred - 5+ years of industry experience in CMOS device design, simulation, and characterization - Experience in developing advanced logic transistor technologies and Analog FETs operating at higher Voltages - Understanding of analog design concepts - Good presentation skills - Excellent team and mentoring skills About Micron Technology, Inc.: Micron Technology is a global leader in innovative memory and storage solutions, driving the transformation of information into intelligence.
