Senior Engineer

As a professional experienced in Machine learning, Artificial intelligence, and exposure to Gen AI, your role will involve designing and architecting end-to-end solutions for complex data science and machine learning projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, robust, and efficient technical solutions. Providing technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. It will be essential for you to stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data science and machine learning. Evaluating and recommending new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance the organization's capabilities will also be part of your role. You will foster collaboration between the data science, engineering, and business teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Your mandatory technical and functional skills should include experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning, with exposure to Gen AI being a plus. Proficiency in Agile methodologies, good communication, and problem-solving skills are also required. Additionally, preferred skills include strong oral and written communication abilities to convey technical and non-technical concepts to peers and stakeholders. You should be able to work independently with minimal supervision while being able to escalate when needed.
