Senior Engineer - Java Backend Development

In this role, you will work closely with the Product Owner to design and develop Restful Services, conduct data analysis, troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. You will also drive technical projects from planning through execution, provide hands-on technical leadership, mentor engineers, and guide the team in resolving technical challenges. Additionally, you will be responsible for code reviews, managing technical debt, handling release deployments, and production issues. Identifying automation opportunities and implementing CI/CD pipelines will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Work with Product Owner to design and develop Restful Services - Drive complex technical projects from planning through execution - Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentor engineers - Manage technical debt and perform code review - Handle release deployments, production issues, and implement CI/CD pipeline - Identify automation opportunities Qualifications Required: - Engineering degree with 4+ years of experience in application development using Java/J2EE technologies - Strong proficiency in Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and Linux - Experience in designing and developing REST-based services and MicroService development - Familiarity with AWS, CI/CD, and DevOps - Proficiency in container management tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, and Rancher - Preferred experience with MongoDB and Kafka - Experience in delivering projects in an agile environment using SCRUM methodologies - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities,
