Senior Engineer - Java Backend Development

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Product Owner to design and develop Restful Services, conduct data analysis, and troubleshoot complex issues. - Drive the execution of complex technical projects from planning to completion. - Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentor engineers in a dynamic and innovative environment. - Address daily technical challenges and guide the team in resolving technical issues. - Conduct code reviews, manage technical debt, and support release deployments and production issues. - Identify automation opportunities, implement CI/CD pipelines, and encourage a culture of continuous improvement. Skills, Experience, and Requirements: - Possess an engineering degree with at least 4 years of experience in application development using Java/J2EE technologies. - Proficiency in Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and Linux. - Hands-on experience in designing and developing REST-based services and MicroService development. - Familiarity with AWS, CI/CD, and DevOps practices. - Knowledge of container management tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and Rancher. - Preferred experience with MongoDB and Kafka. - Experience in delivering projects in an agile environment using SCRUM methodologies. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
