As a Senior Engineer I - QA at Contentstack, you will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of the product from code to production. Your responsibilities will include: - Writing automated, end-to-end test suites for the frontend and API, integrated into the delivery pipeline. - Collaborating with and guiding other quality engineers in developing and executing QA plans. - Working closely with developers to maintain high-quality standards. - Conducting exploratory testing to assess the product from a customer's perspective. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand the domain and develop appropriate solutions. - Working with the product manager to ensure requirements are met and providing valuable inputs. - Researching customer requirements and exploring innovative use cases. - Embracing a learning mindset to continuously improve, take on new challenges, and provide constructive feedback. Qualifications and Experience required for this role: - Minimum 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance Engineering. - Proficiency in writing and deploying automated tests within a CI/CD pipeline. - Experience with Playwright (preferred)/Cypress/Selenium for test automation. - Proficient coding skills in TypeScript/JavaScript/Java. - Experience in using and testing REST APIs. - Experience in mentoring and guiding other Quality Assurance Engineers. - Good to have experience in developing websites using various frameworks or technologies. - Good to have experience with SaaS products.
