Senior Engineer I - QA

As a Senior Engineer I - QA at Contentstack, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Write automated, end-to-end test suites integrated into the delivery pipeline for the frontend and API. - Collaborate and guide other quality engineers in developing and executing QA plans. - Work with developers to ensure quality from code to production. - Conduct exploratory testing to evaluate the product from a customer's perspective. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the domain and build the right solutions. - Collaborate with the product manager to ensure requirements are met and provide inputs. - Research customer requirements and explore novel use cases. - Maintain an open mindset for learning new things and taking on new roles. - Continuously improve by working on tasks and providing feedback. Qualifications and Experience required for this role: - Minimum 4 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer. - Proficiency in writing and deploying automated tests within a CI/CD pipeline. - Experience with Playwright (preferred)/Cypress/Selenium for test automation. - Proficient in coding with TypeScript/JavaScript/Java. - Experience in using and testing REST APIs. - Experience in mentoring and guiding other Quality Assurance Engineers. - Good to have experience in developing websites using various frameworks or technologies. - Good to have experience with SaaS products.
