Senior Engineer I - Aerospace

Role Overview: At Pall Corporation, as a Senior Engineer I - Aerospace, you will be responsible for performing mechanical design engineering activities for Aerospace applications. Your role will involve generating and checking designs that meet customer specifications, ensuring safe, reliable, and robust designs that are easy to manufacture, operate, and maintain. You will also lead design efforts, participate in technical meetings, support proposals, and drive continuous improvement. This position is part of Palls Global Aerospace Engineering team based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Key Responsibilities: - Generate and check designs meeting customer specifications for Aerospace applications - Offer safe, reliable, and robust designs that are easy to manufacture, operate, and maintain - Participate and lead technical projects and meetings with internal and external stakeholders - Identify and apply new technologies and processes to reduce costs and increase efficiencies Qualifications Required: - Strong grasp of advanced mechanical design principles specific to aircraft air and fluid systems - Ability to optimize design within subsystems and align with overall project requirements - Fluent in written and spoken English to present complex project information - Experience leading projects with cross-functional and multi-cultural teams - Minimum 5 years of experience in design of filtration products or equivalent - B.E / B.Tech in mechanical or aerospace engineering Additional Company Details: At Danaher, diversity is valued, and the company recognizes the importance of both visible and non-visible similarities and differences in the workforce and workplace.
