Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Domain Expertise:

• Experience in

  Wire Saw / WGR / Shaping

  operations.
• Proficiency in

  CNC / HMC / VMC

  and

  Grinding

  based on the section.
• Setup and operation of machines and fixtures.
  
• Hands-on knowledge of

  robot handling

  and

  gantry systems

  (added advantage).
• Specific knowledge of

  WGR thick coating

  is required.

• Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in

  cutting force optimization

  and

  wafer surface finishing

  techniques.
• Familiar with

  MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)

  .
• Solid understanding of

  cutting physics

  ,

  wear dynamics

  , and

  cutting defect analysis

  .

• Preferred Background:

• Candidates with

  CNC-based machine setup

  experience (milling, grinding, cutting, or EDM wire cutting) will be preferred.

• Soft Skills:

• Excellent

  analytical and problem-solving skills

  .
• Ability to drive

  continuous improvements

  in processes and quality.
