Senior Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare client and subcontractor bills, and ensure certification as per project progress.
• Conduct detailed quantity take-offs from drawings, BOQs, and site measurements.
• Verify subcontractor bills against executed work and contractual terms.
• Monitor project costs, perform rate analysis, and assist in cost control activities.
• Coordinate with site, planning, and procurement teams for accurate billing data.
• Follow up with clients/consultants for bill certification and timely payment release.
• Maintain systematic records of measurements, billing documents, and reconciliation statements.
• Assist in preparing variation claims, extra item bills, and price escalation statements.
• Support audits, project reports, and MIS related to billing and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and statutory requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹427,690.48 - ₹843,007.72 per year
