Senior Engineer FuSA

Job Description

Eximietas Design is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Engineer to join our growing team of Automotive Functional safety experts. You will be responsible for the development and testing of a software solution that includes a reference platform and associated software stack specifically designed for autonomous vehicle applications. Responsibilities Lead a team of engineers in the development and testing of automotive software that conforms toFunctional Safety (ISO26262) standards. Translate FuSA requirements into detailed test plans and procedures Develop and execute unit tests, static coverage analysis, and integration testing to ensure compliancewith FuSA standards Write high-quality, maintainable code in C or C++ adhering to relevant coding standards (MISRA C/C++,CERT C/C++, AUTOSAR C/C++) Track project progress and manage project scope, deliverables, and timelineDocument work clearly and concisely, utilizing tools like DOORs, JAMA, JIRA, or similar Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and customersProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies Qualifications Minimum experience of 2 years working on either Automotive OR Aerospace SW development and test Working knowledge of ISO26262 functional safety related requirements (FuSA) OR DO-178CExcellent programming skills in either C, C++ or ADA Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in working with any one of Vector Cast (VC), VC QA, GTestor RTRT Hands on experience and knowledge in any of the following standards MISRA C/C++, CERT C/C++,AUTOSAR C/C++ Hands on working knowledge in either Linux or QNX based systems Proficient in SW configuration management tools like Git, GitHub, Gerrit, and similar tools Usage proficiency in tools like DOORs, JAMA, JIRA and similar tools Excellent communication skills & documentation skills
