Location: Ludhiana
Salary: ₹50,000 to ₹55,000
Qualification: Diploma/Degree (Mechanical)
Experience: Must have 5 to 6 Years of Experience in Casting Industry only
Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Engineer – Die Design (Tool Room) with strong expertise in the casting industry. The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing dies, ensuring precision, and supporting production requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop dies, tools, and fixtures for casting applications.
Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
Work closely with production and quality teams to resolve design-related issues.
Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimation, and process improvements
Ensure dies meet durability, performance, and safety standards.
Supervise and guide junior engineers or tool room staff if required.
Maintain proper documentation of designs and modifications.
Desired Skills:
Strong knowledge of die design and tool room practices.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
Good understanding of casting processes and materials.
Problem-solving, analytical, and leadership abilities.
