Senior Engineer Authorization & Access Control, AVP

The Senior Engineer Authorization & Access Control, AVP role at Deutsche Bank's Authorization & Access Control team, located in Pune, India, is a vital part of the Identity and access management area within Chief Security Office (CSO). This team plays a significant role in providing an enterprise-wide central authorization solution for the bank. As a highly skilled and experienced senior software engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the health of Authorization applications. Your key responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and testing new and updated software programs for on-premises as well as cloud-hosted applications, managing stakeholders, incident management, performing program, risk & issue management, ensuring application compliance, and leading and mentoring junior Engineers within the tribe. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in managing technology of larger, complex IT systems, be well-versed in security-oriented component development, and have knowledge of standard and best practices for Authorization and Authorization as a Service. Your technical skills should include proficiency in Java, SQL, designing Test Plans, test automation tools (Selenium, Cucumber), and performance testing tools (JMeter, nice to have). Additionally, experience with cloud-related technologies such as GCP IAM and operating in Kubernetes will be beneficial.
