Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Ability to handling manufacturing and maintenance of injection moulds from 40 ton to 300 ton and press tools and fixtures of different kinds.
Ability to handle conventional machines.
Basic working knowledge in nonconventional machines.
Ability to undertake inspection activities.
Ability to understand the 2d drawings.
Well versed with designing and manufacturing of small tools, moulds &compound tools.
Preparing activity plan for tools and machine sketches
Leading a team of Tool Makers Machinists Co-coordinators & Group Leaders
Manufacturing - New Moulds and press tools .
Tooling and Maintenance
Job Involves Processing Planning , Electrodes Planning
Troubleshooting etc.
Guiding Junior Tool Makers
Mould trial, trouble shooting and proving.
Manufacturing of press and mould tools.
Responsible for Tool Repairs
Tryouts to maintenance of press toools , Independently handled many Intricate press tools.Well conversant with handling all types of Engineering drawing and handling all types of conventional Tool-Room Machinery like Lathe, Milling, Grinding etc. , special purpose machines like EDM drilling
