Senior Electrical Engineer

B.Tech./MTech. (Electrical) above 10+ years of experience

• Should be able to understand the scope of work, technical requirements/specifications, and Project documentation before the commencement of work
• Knowledge of international standards like IEC, NEMA, IEEE, etc.
• Capable to lead a project independently
• Handle a team of Junior engineers and designers
• Single line diagrams / Electrical load list
• Electrical equipment specifications and datasheets
• Interaction with client and interdisciplinary coordination
• Capable of preparing basic Electrical calculations like equipment sizing, Cable sizing calculations, Earthing calculations, Lighting calculations, etc.
• Capable of preparing cable tray layouts, Lighting Layouts, Power & Grounding Layouts, Electrical Equipment Layout, etc.
• Procurement assistance and vendor document review for major Electrical equipment
• Technical bid evaluation
• Testing and commissioning
• Power system study knowledge using ETAP, NEPLAN
• Knowledge of schematic wiring diagrams and Cabinet designing on Eplan tool
• Good knowledge of 2D AutoCAD and 3D model review tool Navisworks
• Knowledge of 3D (PDMS/E3D/MicroStation) is additional advantage
