Role Overview: As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be challenged to deliver technical and creative solutions for prominent projects in India . Your role involves hands-on design work, leadership, and collaboration, driving innovation and sustainability. Key Responsibilities: Perform detailed electrical engineering design and calculations using Revit and Amtech software, ensuring alignment with high-performance building design principles and embodied carbon considerations. Leverage new technologies to enhance performance and sustainability. Deliver projects to exceptional standards, on time, and within budget. Represent the organization in client, consultant, and supplier meetings. Produce and review accurate reports, models, drawings, and presentations to a high standard. Prepare technical specifications, schedules, design reports, and innovative solutions. Plan and oversee Revit contributions for design production. Mentor junior team members and potentially take on early line management responsibilities. Act as a representative to clients, architects, and collaborators autonomously. Design Contributions: Lead electrical design for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, managing a team of engineers to achieve project outcomes. Validate design intent through detailed calculations. Prepare and review technical specifications, schedules, and design reports. Communicate key project decisions to leadership, ensuring alignment with project scope and objectives. Additional Responsibilities: Manage project finances, monitor scope, and uphold quality standards. Plan and organize workloads to meet client expectations. Participate in client, site, and external design team meetings. Skills and Experience Required: Comprehensive design knowledge, from concept to tender, across diverse projects adhering to Indian and international codes. Proven experience as a Lead Electrical Engineer. Expertise in domain-specific codes and standards. Strong communication and organizational skills. Willingness to adopt and implement new analysis tools and technologies. Bachelor's (BEng) or Master's (MEng) degree in a relevant discipline.
