Senior Electrical Engineer

Key Skills :

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test products utilizing multiple power sources including AC/DC, DC/DC converters, battery packs, and AA batteries.
• Define hardware specifications and design requirements aligned with customer or user expectations.
• Develop, modify, and approve detailed electrical design documentation, schematics, and specifications.
• Establish and execute effective test methods to ensure compliance with performance and safety standards.
• Facilitate seamless transition of designs into manufacturing by supporting robust and scalable design practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure delivery of high-quality product outcomes.
• Resolve constraints among engineering, procurement, manufacturing, marketing, and regulatory functions.
• Execute validation and compliance testing protocols to confirm the safety and functionality of designs.
• Prepare and communicate comprehensive test plans, project tasks, deliverables, and regular progress updates.

Experience Requirement:

• 6 to 10 years of industry experience in analog and mixed-signal circuit design and validation.
• Hands-on experience in hardware architecture involving AC/DC and DC/DC power topologies.
• Experience designing embedded hardware with microcontrollers and real-time systems.
• Proven capability in product development from design through to production support.
• Strong experience with schematic capture, PCB layout tools, and circuit simulation software.
• Exposure to hardware debugging, performance optimization, and regulatory compliance testing.
• Ability to lead projects independently and work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
