Job description We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sr. Counsellor & Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for engaging with customers. Role & responsibilities: - Counseling students Regarding study Abroad Options, Admission Requirements, in terms of Country, Programs and Universities on the basis of their Qualifications. - Make outbound calls to potential students and explain our overseas educational products and services. - Answer inbound calls and address student inquiries professionally. - Follow up with leads to ensure conversions. - Maintain accurate records of conversations and customer details. - Generate leads from all possible sources proactively. - Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. - Provide guidance to students on overseas education options. - Maintain student record and ensure proper follow-up. Candidate profile: Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: 0-3 years of experience in overseas education consulting. *( Multi-Destination experts proffered) Skills: - Excellent verbal communication skills in English Telugu & Hindi - Good persuasion and negotiation skills. - Basic computer knowledge. -If you have excellent communication skills, a student-first mindset, and a passion for education, we want to meet you!
