Senior E-Commerce QA & Automation Lead (Magento)

You are an experienced Senior E-Commerce QA & Automation Lead responsible for driving the quality assurance and test automation strategy for high-performance e-commerce platforms. With deep Magento expertise, strong leadership skills, and hands-on experience in building robust QA processes, you will lead a talented QA team to ensure flawless performance across web, mobile, and API systems. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage QA and automation teams for large-scale e-commerce projects. - Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks (Selenium) for web and mobile applications. - Oversee QA processes for Magento and other customized e-commerce platform integrations. - Conduct performance testing using JMeter to optimize bottlenecks. - Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing with tools like BrowserStack. - Design and execute API testing workflows using Postman. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements, acceptance criteria, and release readiness. - Manage defect tracking and reporting via Jira. - Implement best practices in test automation, regression testing, and continuous integration. - Mentor and train QA team members on tools, processes, and automation frameworks. - Maintain comprehensive documentation for test cases, test plans, and automation scripts. **Qualification Required:** - 5-10 years of professional QA and automation experience, including team leadership. - Strong Magento expertise or similar e-commerce platforms with customized codebases. - Proven track record in automation and performance testing. - Hands-on experience with Selenium, JMeter, BrowserStack, Postman, Jira, iOS & Android testing. - Availability for flexible hours with mandatory presence between 8:00 PM - 12:00 AM IST. **Preferred Skills:** - Experience with NetSuite-related testing. - Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP cloud platforms. - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Understanding of SEO principles and web performance optimization.
