As a Senior Drone Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of advanced drone systems. Your expertise in UAV technologies, embedded systems, flight control algorithms, and regulatory compliance will be instrumental in shaping the future of drone platforms for commercial, industrial, or defence applications. You will oversee the end-to-end development of drone systems, including hardware integration, software architecture, and flight testing. Additionally, you will design and implement flight control algorithms, navigation systems, and autonomous features. Collaboration with cross-functional teams comprising mechanical, electrical, and software engineers will be essential for successful project execution. Your role will also involve conducting performance analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization of drone systems while ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards such as DGCA and FAA. Managing prototyping, testing, and validation of new drone models, as well as mentoring junior engineers and contributing to technical documentation and knowledge sharing, will be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, evaluating and integrating sensors, cameras, GPS, IMUs, and communication modules, supporting customer deployments, and providing technical expertise during field operations are key aspects of this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in drone/UAV development. Proficiency in C/C++, Python, ROS, PX4/ArduPilot, and embedded systems is required, as well as experience with flight controllers, telemetry systems, and real-time data processing. A strong understanding of aerodynamics, control systems, electronics, CAD tools, and simulation environments like Gazebo and MATLAB is necessary. Preferred qualifications include experience with AI/ML for autonomous navigation or object detection, knowledge of BVLOS operations and regulatory frameworks, hands-on experience with drone manufacturing and field testing, and patents or publications in UAV technologies. In return, you can expect a competitive salary, performance bonuses, health insurance, wellness programs, flexible work hours, remote work options, professional development opportunities, certifications, and access to cutting-edge drone labs and equipment. Paid time off and provident fund benefits are also included. If you have led a team of engineers, collaborated cross-functionally on drone projects, have experience with BVLOS operations, autonomous navigation, or obstacle avoidance systems, and meet the educational and experience requirements, we encourage you to apply for this full-time position located in Jaipur city, Rajasthan. Willingness to travel up to 50% is preferred, and proficiency in English is also desirable. DGCA/FAA certification is a plus.,
