Senior DotNet Developer

As a Senior DotNet Developer with 8+ years of experience in the IT industry, you will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, documenting, and maintaining robust applications using .NET Core 6/8+, C#, REST APIs, T-SQL, and modern JavaScript/jQuery. Your role will involve integrating and supporting third-party APIs and external services, collaborating across cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions, and participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies using Jira for task management. You will need to have expertise in Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals and Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate certifications, along with other relevant certifications in Azure, .NET, or Cloud technologies. Your primary skills should include hands-on development experience in C#, .NET Core 6/8+, Entity Framework / EF Core, JavaScript, jQuery, and REST APIs. Additionally, you should be skilled in MS SQL Server, unit testing with XUnit, MSTest, software design patterns, system architecture, and scalable solution design. Your role will also require you to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing solutions with a focus on performance and reliability, develop and maintain frameworks and shared libraries, and demonstrate strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities. Experience with Microservices, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), API Integrations, and Azure Cloud Services such as Azure Functions, Azure Durable Functions, Azure Service Bus, and more will be essential for this position. Furthermore, familiarity with front-end frameworks like AngularJS, ReactJS, and Azure API Management, knowledge of Azure Containerization and Orchestration, exposure to Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, and Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines will be beneficial. Clear communication, technical mentorship, leadership skills, and the ability to write reusable, testable, and efficient code are crucial aspects of this role. This is a client-facing role for a US-based client, and the ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on experience in coding and Azure Cloud, and be available to work 8 hours a day with a 4-hour overlap during EST Time zone (12 PM - 9 PM).
