About the Role

Senior .NET Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy .NET applications (Web, Desktop, or API-based).
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
• Work with databases (SQL Server/Oracle) to design and optimize queries.
• Integrate applications with front-end technologies and third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience

  in software development using

  .NET technologies

  .
• Proficiency in

  C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Web API, and MVC frameworks

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL Server

  .
• Experience with

  JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, and Angular/React

  (added advantage).
• Familiarity with

  RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)

  .
• Strong understanding of

  OOP concepts, design patterns, and software development lifecycle (SDLC)

  .
• Experience with

  source control (Git/TFS)

  and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with performance tuning and application security best practices.
