Senior Dot Net Developer (Team Lead)

As a Dotnet Developer at GSC Technologies Ltd., based in Ahmedabad, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. - Leading technical design and architecture discussions. - Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. - Conducting code reviews and mentoring junior and mid-level developers. - Collaborating with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA, and DevOps teams. - Identifying and resolving performance and scalability issues. - Staying current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices. - Ensuring the software complies with security and data protection standards. - Participating in agile development processes (e.g., Scrum or Kanban). Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 7+ years of professional software development experience. - Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as dotnetcore. - Experience with frameworks like Angular, React, .NET, Spring Boot, Django, or Node.js. - Strong understanding of database design (SQL/NoSQL). - Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Solid knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and data structures. - Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Skills: - Experience in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Knowledge of domain-driven design and test-driven development. - Exposure to healthcare, finance, or enterprise SaaS environments.
