Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, define scope, and design technical solutions.
Oversee the full software development lifecycle: planning, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Provide technical guidance to development teams in .NET Core, REST API, Microservices, React, .NET MVC UI, and Salesforce.
Manage defect triage, analyze user stories, and implement enhancements effectively.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Track project progress, manage risks, and report status updates to senior leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

Total Experience: 8+ years in software development.
Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years in full stack development & project management.
Strong hands-on expertise in:
.NET Core, REST API, Microservices, React, .NET MVC UI, Salesforce
Version control tools (GitHub)
Experience designing and implementing business solutions in complex environments.
Proven track record of managing teams and driving end-to-end software project delivery.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
