Job Description

You will be responsible for executing the company's email marketing journeys and deploying campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, or Responsys. You will continuously work to evolve email marketing strategies and tactics to enhance engagement and drive conversions. Additionally, you will play an integral role in the company's Agile Marketing Teams, actively participating in demand generation programs, event marketing, and client retention efforts. Furthermore, you will be tasked with aggregating and presenting Agile and other marketing campaign performance data, KPIs, and analytics. Your key duties and responsibilities will involve partnering with the Creative Team and Lines of Business to execute email communications, landing pages, and other digital marketing assets. You will have hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Responsys, Marketo email development, Contact and Journey Builder, and Automation Studio. You will also be responsible for email testing to ensure rendering across ISPs and devices, reporting on email deliverability, open rates, opt-outs, and CTR for measuring engagement and conversions. Using reporting insights, you will drive optimization and ongoing enhancements. Active participation in Agile Marketing will include using SQL queries to define and create target audiences for various campaigns, assisting in the development of Sprint Briefs, and conducting ad-hoc analyses based on team strategies. From a technical perspective, you should possess excellent working knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, and email development techniques for flawless cross-email rendering. Experience in testing, proofing, and troubleshooting emails is essential. Proficiency in setting up workflow and campaign journey, both simple and complex, is required. Experience with an ESP, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud, is preferred. You should be able to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders, prioritize multiple projects with short deadlines, work with data sets for segmentation, and have a good understanding of paid media campaigns (Search, Social, Display). Additionally, a basic understanding of SEO concepts and analytics (Google, Adobe) is expected. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, design, or computer science, or equivalent. A minimum of 8-11 years of experience in a similar role is preferred. Preferred skills include proficiency in Digital Business, specifically Email Marketing and related Tools.,
