HOME CREDIT INDIA FINANCE PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for Senior District Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
The Senior District Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the operations, sales, and performance of multiple districts within a designated region. They will provide strategic direction, guidance, and support to District Managers and their respective teams to achieve company objectives. The Senior District Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities : Leadership and Team Management : Provide leadership, coaching, and development to District Managers and their teams to drive high performance and achieve sales targets. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the district teams. Operational Excellence : Oversee the operational activities of multiple districts, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Sales and Revenue Generation : Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion within the assigned region. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and recommend appropriate actions to maximize sales performance. Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction. Address customer concerns and escalations in a timely and effective manner to uphold the company's reputation and goodwill. Budget Management : Develop and manage budgets for the districts, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control measures are in place. Monitor financial performance against budgetary targets and take corrective actions as necessary to achieve financial objectives. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Human Resources, and Finance, to align district strategies with overall business goals and objectives. Participate in regional and national meetings to share best practices, provide updates, and contribute to strategic discussions.
