As a Senior Digital Risk Advisor at Swiss Re, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the first-line digital & technology operations risks are identified, controls are applied, and performance is monitored effectively. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities: - Support stakeholders across applications and business units in applying digital risk governance principles and standards - Conduct risk and control assessments for the Digital & Technology team within the Business Unit Corporate Solutions - Assist in implementing the digital risk framework and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders - Ensure thorough understanding of IT threats and risks, timely issue resolution, and effective operation of IT controls - Drive automation and continuous improvement in risk controls and monitoring - Provide regular risk posture assessments and transparent reporting - Collaborate with internal and external auditors and be the point of contact for compliance reviews - Act as the go-to expert for digital risk and control activities within the Corporate Solutions business unit - Promote risk awareness by keeping abreast of digital risk and control requirements and ensuring adherence to the risk management framework Your qualifications should include: - Successful track record in IT risk and control-related roles like IT governance, IT audit, or digital risk management - Industry knowledge of insurance, reinsurance, or banking business and modern technology solutions - Familiarity with Risk Management Frameworks such as COBIT, ISO 31000, COSO ERM, and NIST - Professional qualifications like CISA, CGEIT, CRISC are advantageous - Experience with control automation and continuous monitoring techniques - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with a willingness to share knowledge - Effective communication skills across various stakeholders - Curiosity, proactiveness, result-oriented mindset, and confidence in decision-making - Passion for digital risk management as a business performance enabler - Proficiency in spoken and written English Swiss Re, a global leader in reinsurance and insurance-based risk transfer, is committed to making the world more resilient by managing various risks effectively.
