About the Role:

Senior Digital and SEO Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy & Execution

• Lead on-page and off-page SEO strategy to boost organic visibility.

• Conduct keyword research, manage content optimization, and drive backlink efforts. • Collaborate with tech and content teams to ensure technical SEO is in place.

• Monitor rankings and organic performance using tools like GA4, GSC, and SEMrush.

ASO (App Store Optimization)

• Develop and execute ASO strategies to increase app visibility and downloads.

• Optimize app titles, descriptions, keywords, visuals, and metadata for both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

• Conduct competitor benchmarking and app performance analysis.

• Monitor reviews, ratings, and keyword rankings to improve app presence and conversion rates.

Google Ads (Search & Display)

• Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation and conversions.

• Build keyword-targeted ads with optimized landing pages.

• Monitor campaign metrics (CPC, CTR, conversions) and continuously improve ROI.

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

• Develop and optimize ad campaigns across the Meta suite.

• Build custom audiences, retargeting flows, and creative testing strategies.

• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to improve CTR and lead quality.

Email Marketing

• Build automated email campaigns for nurturing, retention, and re-engagement.

• Segment users based on behavior and funnel stage.

• Track performance (open rate, CTR, conversions) and A/B test campaigns.

Analytics, Strategy & Leadership

• Own marketing dashboards and report on KPIs regularly.

• Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align goals.

• Manage agencies/freelancers and oversee campaign delivery and quality.

• Maintain marketing budget, pacing, and cost-efficiency.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

• Preferred Postgraduate/masters degree or certifications in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing

What You Bring:

Minimum 4-6 years of experience

SEO, ASO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data for decision making

in EdTech or B2C/startup environment

• Hands-on + strategic thinker, comfortable leading and executing
