Job Description

Job Summary:

Lead and manage DevOps initiatives, architecting and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and infrastructure automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement cloud infrastructure and IaC practices, and mentor junior engineers to ensure scalable, reliable, and secure deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead DevOps team in designing, developing, and maintaining release/deployment automation pipelines
Architect robust CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes
Design deployment strategies for Docker and Kubernetes applications using Helm charts
Integrate cloud services and IaC principles with AWS, Azure, or GCP
Conduct system and architecture reviews for optimization and enhancements
Promote DevOps best practices: CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure as code
Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Implement observability and monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK stack)
Ensure alignment of deployment strategies with business objectives
