Senior Devops Engineer

• Design and implement scalable DevSecOps architectures aligned with business and technology goals.
  
• Define and standardize CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and configuration management processes.
  
• Lead end-to-end implementation of multi-stage pipelines as code using Jenkins and GitLab.
  
• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, security, cloud, and operations teams to drive CI, CD, and Continuous Testing (CT).
  
• Implement container-based and serverless deployments on AWS, including microservices-based solutions.
  
• Build configurable pipelines with Quality Gates for CI, CD, and CT workflows.
  
• Drive automation for builds, deployments, testing, and infrastructure provisioning.
  
• Mentor and guide DevOps engineers to enhance DevSecOps maturity across teams.
  
• Support major incident response, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
  
• Contribute to audit readiness, compliance, and standardized DevSecOps processes.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  
• 9+ years of IT experience with 6+ years in DevSecOps and 4+ years in leadership roles.
  
• Hands-on experience with tools such as:
  PyUnit, nUnit, SonarQube, Snyk, Artifactory, Maven, Selenium, RestAssured, LambdaTest, JMeter, EasyVista, Liquibase, CloudFormation, AWS Secrets Manager, Docker/Kubernetes.
• Strong expertise in Groovy, YAML, and deployment strategies: Blue-Green, Canary, Dark Launches.
  
• Experience implementing DevOps metrics (DORA).
  
• Strong knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
  
• Proficiency in scripting languages: Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-team collaboration skills.
  
• Experience working in Agile/SCRUM/Kanban methodologies.
  
• Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on enhancing DevSecOps automation maturity.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer.
  
• Experience using GenAI for DevSecOps automation.
  
• Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid cloud setups.
  
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and monitoring tools (NewRelic, OpsGenie).
  
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Puppet, Ansible.
