Role Description

We are seeking a highly qualified Senior DevOps Engineer for a full-time, on-site role in Coimbatore. The Senior DevOps Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and efficient DevOps processes. Day-to-day tasks include managing CI/CD pipelines, automating deployment processes, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with development teams to improve system reliability and scalability. The role also involves optimizing infrastructure for high availability and performance while ensuring security and adherence to industry best practices.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of relevant DevOps experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with

  Microsoft Azure

  (mandatory).
• Strong hands-on experience with

  Databricks

  (mandatory).
• Experience with

  CI/CD tools

  (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Experience with

  Docker and Kubernetes

  .
• Proficiency in

  Infrastructure as Code

  (Terraform preferred).
• Good understanding of

  Linux, networking, monitoring, and security

  .
• Exposure to

  AI/ML and data platforms

  .

• Excellent communication skills

  (verbal and written).
• Proven

  team leadership experience

  .
• Build and manage

  CI/CD pipelines

  for applications and data platforms.
• Work with

  Docker and Kubernetes

  for containerized workloads.
• Use

  AI-assisted tools

  such as

  Cursor

  to improve development and DevOps productivity.
• Monitor systems, handle incidents, and lead root cause analysis.

• Lead and mentor DevOps engineers

  , plan work, and review outputs.
• Communicate effectively with

  overseas clients and stakeholders

• AWS exposure
• Overseas / onsite / international project experience
