Senior Devops Consultant / Lead

The Senior Devops Consultant / Lead will drive the design and implementation of scalable cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes orchestration, Terraform, and AWS architecture. This role requires expertise in CI/CD pipeline design, Docker containerization, and automation with Ansible and Python scripting. The candidate will manage monitoring and logging solutions leveraging Prometheus and the ELK stack, while ensuring security compliance through automation. Proficiency in Jenkins pipeline scripting, Helm chart management, Git branching strategies, Linux system administration, Istio service mesh, and CloudFormation templates is essential. Strong stakeholder communication and cross-team collaboration skills will facilitate alignment of technical solutions with business objectives. The role demands strategic planning, problem-solving, and risk assessment capabilities to guide complex projects. Mentoring and coaching junior team members, managing change effectively, and making informed decisions under pressure are critical to success in this leadership position.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Kubernetes orchestration, Terraform infrastructure as code, AWS cloud architecture, CI/CD pipeline design, and Docker containerization to lead technical initiatives effectively.

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure solutions that meet organizational requirements and industry best practices.

• Develop and optimize automated deployment pipelines using Jenkins, Ansible, and Python scripting to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.

• Lead monitoring and logging strategies by integrating Prometheus and ELK stack to ensure system health and proactive issue resolution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align DevOps strategies with business goals and drive continuous improvement.

• Provide mentorship and coaching to team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, innovation, and professional growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.,Candidates must have between 5 to 14 years of relevant experience in DevOps, cloud architecture, and infrastructure automation.,Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing complex cloud infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
