As a Senior Developer specializing in Web Services and Digital, your main role involves designing the architecture, integrating social media, creating a backend interface for Alumni Software on a WordPress platform. This also includes implementing features for crowdfunding, e-commerce, and donations based on inputs provided by the Director and staff to enhance engagement rather than just views. Your tasks will include collaborating with the staff to finalize a site map, structuring and organizing written and graphic static content for two portals - Amrita and Alumni Software. Proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS will be advantageous for this role. You will be responsible for testing and enhancing the design of the current website by researching and analyzing the top 100 global university alumni sites. Your creativity and problem-solving skills will play a crucial role in suggesting innovative ideas to improve the Amrita Alumni website. Furthermore, you will actively seek feedback and assistance to complete the website for Amrita University alumni, acting as the web architect for social media integration, ecommerce, and crowdfunding. An advanced level of social media integration is expected in this position.
