Senior Developer / Technical Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Senior C# Developer with strong SQL Server expertise, Identity Server integration experience, and hands-on knowledge of Office 365 and SharePoint development. This role demands a blend of backend engineering, database optimization, and enterprise collaboration platform integration. Youll be instrumental in building secure, scalable applications and streamlining business workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

C#/.NET Development

• Develop and maintain enterprise-grade applications using C# and .NET Core/.NET Framework
• Apply design patterns and SOLID principles for clean, maintainable code
• Collaborate on architectural decisions and system design

SQL Server & Database Engineering

• Design and optimize stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers
• Perform advanced database tuning, indexing, and query optimization
• Analyze execution plans and resolve performance bottlenecks

Identity Server & Security

• Integrate Identity Server (OAuth2, OpenID Connect) for authentication and authorization
• Implement secure token handling and role-based access control
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards

Architecture & System Design

• Contribute to layered architecture, repository pattern, and dependency injection strategies
• Design scalable APIs and modular service components
• Document technical workflows and architectural decisions

Office 365 & SharePoint Integration

• Develop and customize SharePoint solutions using CSOM, REST API, and SPFx
• Automate workflows and document management using Power Automate and SharePoint Lists
• Integrate Office 365 services (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) into business applications
• Ensure seamless user experience across intranet portals and collaboration tools

Testing, DevOps & Collaboration

• Write unit and integration tests using xUnit/NUnit/Moq
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
