Senior Developer, RPA

As a part of the team at ANSR's client Visy, you will be joining a renowned family-owned Australian business that is a global leader in sustainable packaging, recycling, and logistics. With a presence in 150 sites worldwide and a dedicated workforce of over 7,000 employees, Visy is at the forefront of manufacturing food and beverage packaging from household recycling. As Australia and New Zealand's largest recycler, Visy processes 40% of Australian households" recycling and also provides support to customers in logistics, packaging supplies, point of sale displays, and more. In Hyderabad, Visy India's technology hub is expanding its technical capabilities to enhance global business operations. Your primary responsibilities in this role will include designing, coding, testing, and deploying automation workflows using Automation Anywhere (AA). You will be tasked with providing solution designs to customers during deployment, making necessary changes to the robot code, managing testing cycles, delivering technical artifacts and demos, and offering support to new and existing customers. Additionally, you will deploy RPA components such as bots, robots, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools, ensuring design and development align with business requirements. Your role will involve performing code reviews, assisting developers in overcoming technical challenges, and supporting the full life cycle implementation of the RPA program. Key technical skills required for this position include a minimum of five years of IT experience, with at least two years of specific RPA software experience, particularly with Automation Anywhere. You should have hands-on RPA development experience in Automation Anywhere 360 or AA2019 for at least six months and familiarity with control room activities like workflow queues, device pools, and credential lockers. Experience in integrating RPA with external applications using APIs, working with relational databases, SQL query development, technical documentation, and agile development methodology is essential. Strong problem-solving, analytical, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills are crucial, along with self-motivation, independence, and the ability to take initiative in a dynamic work environment.,
