Required Skills And Qualifications: Education & Experience: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in master data management tools (e.g., S4 Hana MDM, Informatica, Oracle). - Strong expertise in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau). - Experience with cloud-based platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Knowledge of data governance and regulatory compliance. - Familiarity with automation tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or other RPA software. Primary Responsibilities:- Strong development experience with UiPath required 3+ years minimum. (Good to have experience in other RPS tools like Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) Strong software development aptitude and skills in collecting functional/technical requirements, analysing business processes and procedures Ability to recognize when RPA is of commercial advantage, but also when other techniques such as simple software development. Strong stakeholder management communication abilities. You will have strong hands-on knowledge of RPA in a large-scale environment.
