Job Description

As a Senior Developer with 7 to 9 years of experience in Appian RPA, Appian AI, and Appian Solution Development, your role will involve contributing to innovative solutions that enhance the company's offerings and positively impact society. You will work in a hybrid model with a day shift, focusing on the Provider domain without the need for travel. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement Appian solutions that meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy Appian RPA and AI solutions. - Analyze and optimize existing Appian applications to improve performance and user experience. - Provide technical expertise and guidance in the development and maintenance of Appian applications. - Ensure all Appian solutions adhere to industry best practices and company standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Appian applications in a timely manner. - Document all development processes and maintain comprehensive records for future reference. - Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and consistency across all Appian projects. - Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications. - Stay updated with the latest Appian technologies and trends to continuously improve solutions. - Contribute to the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for team members. - Support the integration of Appian solutions with other enterprise systems. - Monitor and report on the performance of Appian applications to ensure they meet business objectives. **Qualifications:** - Extensive experience in Appian RPA, Appian AI, and Appian Solution Development. - Strong understanding of the Provider domain and its specific requirements. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Proficiency in developing and maintaining complex Appian applications. - Proven track record of delivering high-quality Appian solutions on time and within budget. - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members. - Proactive approach to learning and implementing new Appian technologies.,
