Senior Developer - Android

As a Senior Android Developer at Capital Now, you will be a valuable member of our growing tech team, contributing your expertise in Kotlin, Java, and Flutter to enhance our app-based digital lending platform. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain Android applications, ensuring that they are efficient, scalable, and compliant with business standards and Google Play Store policies. Your day-to-day tasks will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features, writing clean and maintainable code, and integrating REST APIs, third-party libraries, and SDKs. Your role will also include mentoring junior developers, participating in code reviews, testing, and debugging efforts, as well as supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and release management processes. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Android development, with a strong command of Kotlin and Java. Experience with Flutter for cross-platform development is desirable. You should have published at least two Android apps on Google Play and possess solid knowledge of Android SDK, REST APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations. Additionally, a deep understanding of Google Play policies and the ability to ensure ongoing compliance with the latest updates are essential.
