Senior Developer, Adobe Experience Manager

Role Overview: As a Senior Developer focusing on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) at the Pune location, your primary responsibility will be to design and implement AEM applications using Java. You will play a crucial role in delivering AEM features, ensuring the security of internet-enabled applications from the AEM/Java layer to the browser layer, and collaborating with key IT stakeholders to gather requirements and offer out-of-the-box solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver AEM features and Internet-enabled applications with integrated security measures - Collaborate closely with IT stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide innovative out-of-the-box solutions - Translate business requirements into technical solutions in partnership with UX/UI designers and business stakeholders - Develop and deploy AEM/CQ5 integrations - Share knowledge with the team and take complete ownership of assigned tasks - Envision testing scope and formulate test scenarios - Collaborate effectively with peer/junior team members, conduct code reviews, and ensure robust testing methods - Contribute to Squad ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, retrospectives, and backlog grooming - Triage production issues, coordinate with dependent teams, and promptly resolve issues with quality Qualification Required: - Expertise in AEM6+ with a minimum of 7+ years of hands-on development experience - Strong knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, Java, J2EE, and Servlet - Experience with architectural patterns on CRX, Apache Sling, AEM stack OAK, and OSGi configuration - Proficiency in building and configuring components, templates, content/experience fragments, and workflows using Adobe CQ/AEM - Familiarity with Dispatcher configuration, caching, and security implementations - Knowledge of DevOps pipeline, Jira, Bitbucket, Git, Artifactory, Teamcity, and GitHub - High analytical and technical capabilities with proactivity and Agile values - Experience with Agile team management tools, distributed teams, and fast-paced environments - Ability to handle multiple assignments, manage priorities, collaborate with team members, and work independently - Professional level of English,
