Job Description:

We, at Forsan Foods & Consumer Products India Pvt Ltd, looking for a well experienced Senior Desktop Support Technician for our Chennai location, who has good understanding on the role and following requirements:

• New user Creation in AD, System allocation along with Mail ID creation and OS Installation
• Should have good hands on experience in Troubleshooting and configuring -Desktop, Laptop, Scanner, Printer and other peripheral devices.
• IT Certification/Course completion - Office 365 Admin Centre, FortiGate Firewall, CCNA/CCNP are preferred,
• Basic of Networking like Routers, Switches and crimping of LAN cables
• CCTV installation and Configuration - Hardware Level
• Need to have Decent English communication

Qulaification:

Education : Diploma/U.G/P.G in related field/IT

Experience: 3 to 4 Years experience of relevant experience

Location: Adambakkam, Chennai

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
