Were looking for a Senior Designer to lead and elevate all things visual at Alt-Carbon. Youll be responsible for building a cohesive design languagelogos, fonts, illustrations, and typographythat defines our brand across every touchpoint. From our website to social media, youll create animations, graphics, and infographics that help us stand out in the climate-tech space. You'll own the entire visual experience, ensuring consistency, creativity, and high-quality output across channels. A key part of the role will be building a design system that supports all our marketing efforts. Youll also help shape how design can signal credibility in a fast-moving, high-impact industry. What Youll Do: Ensuring consistency and quality of visual communication across all our external channels. Creating a design style - from logos, fonts, graphics/illustrations, typography, and choosing a design language. These guidelines form the bedrock of all marketing design Creating animations and illustrations that help us stand out - website, social media images, infographics Building a Design System that acts as a guideline for all marketing endeavours Use design to attract potential customers to our social channels, website. Own all website design, including animations, illustrations, graphic design and creatives on social media Form a charter for how design can enable high signalling in a fast-growing space. What Were Looking For: At least 7 to 10 years of relevant experience working as a Designer A body of work showcasing work setting up a design style from scratch Knowledge of creating iconography, website design, animations, video editing Hands-on experience in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD/Figma) Basic knowledge of web design tools like Webflow, Wordpress, Framer. Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, or any motion design tool
