We're one goba team driven by our common purpose to deiver a better word. Join us. AECOM is seeking a Senior Designer - GIS & CAD based in Bengauru, KA, India. Candidates wi be responsibe for the foowing activities: Work on different projects with data coection, ceaning, conversion/migration, processing and maintaining geospatia data from various sources. Perform spatia anaysis, geoprocessing, and statistica anaysis on geospatia data to identify patterns, trends, and reationships. Experience with GIS software’s such as ESRI ArcGIS (Desktop, Pro, Onine), QGIS, MapInfo, AutoCAD Map and AutoCAD Civi 3D. Candidate must have good knowedge in wet utiities (water, sewer, storm, irrigation) and infrastructure services projects. Experience to prepare construction pans, drawings, sketches and maps for utiity works. Proficiency in understanding and processing different aeria, cadastra imagery and survey data (DGPS, Drone, etc.) Experience with data Coection, deveopment and integration with spatia and non-spatia database. Good knowedge in understanding cartographic principes, map design, and visuaization techniques. Famiiar with programming anguages (e.g., Python, Orace, SQL) can be beneficia for automating tasks and deveoping custom toos. Capabe for eading the project, coordinating with Lead Offices, mentoring juniors and ensuring quaity checks. Experience with preparation of reports and presentations. Abiity to identify probems, anayze data, and deveop soutions using GIS toos. Working with cross-functiona teams to integrate GIS data and anaysis into decision-making processes. Quaifications Dipoma in Civi Engineering or Masters or Post Graduate Dipoma in GIS/Geospatia discipine from an accredited coege, institute, or university. Having 6 to 8 years of working experience with overseas projects wi be an added advantage. Good communication skis, and abiity to work we independenty at times. Abe to see the “bigger picture” and take a birds-eye view of projects. Confident, with the abiity to work either independenty or as part of a team. Abiity to work to deadines and under pressure. Accountabiity for assigned work. Accuracy & precision of work. Wiingness to earn and deveop. Exceent written and verba communication skis. Strong probem-soving skis. Enthusiastic and Sef-motivated.
